Electronic medical record sharing can help doctors,hospitals and other institutions better understand the situation of patients,improve the accuracy and scientific medical decision-making and the quality and efficiency of health services,which is an inevitable trend of the development of the medical industry.In order to achieve efficient access and secure sharing of medical data,many scholars at home and abroad have carried out relevant research based on blockchain,and a large number of relevant al-gorithms have emerged.This paper classifies,analyzes and summarizes the relevant literature,and sorts out some problems that still exist at present.Through the research of this paper,we can understand the research progress of blockchain-based medical data sharing at home and abroad,which has certain reference value.
