随着食品产业的快速发展,食品安全问题日益凸显,溯源成为保障食品安全的重要手段.然而,传统的食品安全溯源方法存在信息不对称、数据易篡改等问题,无法满足现代食品产业的需求.区块链技术以其去中心化、不可篡改等特性,为食品安全溯源提供了新的解决方案,在数据传输过程中采用混合加密技术实现.旨在探讨基于区块链的食品安全溯源方案,分析其优势并结合仿真实验进行验证,以期为食品安全溯源提供有效支持.
Research on food safety traceability scheme based on blockchain
With the rapid development of the food industry,food safety problems have become increasingly prominent,and traceability has become an important means to ensure food safety.However,the traditional food safety traceability method has some problems,such as asymmetric information and easy data tampering,which can not meet the needs of modern food industry.Block-chain technology,with its decentralized,immutable and other characteristics,provides a new solution for food safety traceability,and hybrid encryption technology is adopted in the data transmission process.This paper aims to explore the food safety traceability scheme based on blockchain,analyze its advantages and verify it with simulation experiments,in order to provide effective support for food safety traceability.
