Research on updating method of 1D barcode parallel decoding data based on PLC single chip computer
Traditional decoding methods are prone to errors when processing barcode data,which affects data integrity and ac-curacy.This article proposes a new data update method based on PLC microcontroller.By stable communication and efficient data transmission,the received data is preprocessed and divided into units,and parallel processing is achieved using multiple decoders and direct memory access technology.Using auxiliary algorithms and reconstruction verification techniques to correct decoding er-rors,ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Only verified data will be updated to the PLC microcontroller.The experimental results show that this method significantly improves the reconstruction speed and optimization ratio of decoded data,with high efficiency,stability,and pertinence,and has high practical application value.
