由于现有工业机器人现场编程仿真教学系统受到技术局限和实际应用场景复杂性的影响,存在操作不直观、仿真度不高的问题,严重影响现场编程实训仿真教学效果.因此,设计了一种基于Unity3D的工业机器人现场编程实训仿真教学系统.在硬件层面,选用了STM32单片机和GT1155-QSBD-C触摸屏,确保指令传输的精确性,并实现了直观、易用的操作界面展示功能.在软件层面,利用Unity3D软件进行开发,从项目(Project)、场景(Scene)、对象(Object)、组件(Component)等层次构建系统结构,并生成控制指令,从而实现了对系统的全面优化.这个设计将工业机器人的实际操作与编程能力结合起来,通过高度仿真的环境,为学生和教师提供了一个优质的实训和教学平台.通过实验验证,证明了该系统在应用效果上表现出色,完全能够满足教学需求,充分展现了其显著的实用性和有效性.
Design of simulation teaching system for industrial robot field programming training based on Unity3D
Because the existing industrial robot field programming simulation teaching system is affected by the technical limi-tations and the complexity of practical application scenarios,there are problems of not intuitive operation and low simulation de-gree,which seriously affect the simulation teaching effect of field programming training.Therefore,this study designed a simulation teaching system for industrial robots based on Unity3D.At the hardware level,STM 32 MCcontroller and GT1155-QSBD-C touch screen are selected to ensure the accuracy of instruction transmission and realize the intuitive and easy-to-use operation interface display function.At the software level,Unity3D software is used to develop the system structure from the project(Project),scene(Scene),object(Object),component(Component)and other levels,and generate control instructions,so as to realize the compre-hensive optimization of the system.This design combines the practical operation of industrial robots with the programming ability,and provides a high-quality practical training and teaching platform for students and teachers through a highly simulated environ-ment.Through the experimental verification,it is proved that the system performs well in the application effect,which can fully meet the teaching needs,and fully shows its remarkable practicability and effectiveness.
