To build a complete gym system,this paper elaborates on the system architecture,technical support of correspond-ing functions,the use of SaaS to achieve"hardware+content+service+AI",big data algorithms,online health practitioner services,and the production technology of hardware body fat stickers.The use of big data technology to provide users with more scientific fit-ness programs and catering habits,and support health teachers to give a personalized full set of training systems based on the obser-vation of specific user data,so as to achieve anytime,anywhere training,good exercise effect,high exercise efficiency and other characteristics.
