The development of high-throughput sequencing technology has promoted the progress of chromatin open region de-tection methods.However,the high cost and complexity of wet lab experimentation,along with the characteristics of plant cells,have led to the relative lag of plant chromatin accessibility research.Researchers have tried to combine plant chromatin accessibil-ity and bioinformatics methods.This paper discusses the application and advantages of bioinformatic methods in chromatin accessi-bility data and predictive analysis.
