谣言检测是近年来自然语言处理等领域的研究热点之一.基于文献计量法,以中国知网和Web of science数据库收录的322篇相关文献作为数据源,对国内外谣言检测领域的年发文数量变化、作者分布与合作情况、研究机构分布情况进行分析,发现近十年研究成果逐年上升,核心作者相互之间合作较少,研究成果主要来源于大学.高频关键词分析显示,国内外的主要研究集中在"社交网络媒体""特征提取""深度学习"等方面.未来研究趋势主要集中在"谣言传播源检测""多模态特征提取和特征融合"等方向.
Research hotspots and trends in rumor detection:visual analysis based on CiteSpace
Rumor detection has become a research hotspot in fields such as natural language processing in recent years.Using bibliometric methods,this study analyzes 322 relevant papers from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science databases.The analysis focuses on the annual publication trends,author distribution and collaboration,and research in-stitution distribution in the field of rumor detection both domestically and internationally.The findings reveal a yearly increase in re-search outputs over the past decade,limited collaboration among core authors,and that the majority of research outcomes originate from universities.High-frequency keyword analysis shows that key research areas include"social network media""feature extrac-tion"and"deep learning"Future research trends are expected to focus on"rumor propagation source detection""multimodal fea-ture extraction and feature fusion"among other directions.
