为解决电动汽车充电桩的供需匹配问题并提升充电效率,本研究设计并实现了一个基于智能匹配的电动汽车充电桩共享系统.系统采用微信小程序和Spring Boot框架,集成了基于多层感知器(MLP)的智能推荐算法,通过机器学习模型优化充电桩分配.后端架构结合Spring Boot和MyBatis-Plus,并利用Redis缓存及MySQL数据库以提高资源管理效率和数据操作性能.系统实现了充电需求发布、电桩共享发布、智能推荐、订单管理、充电桩管理等功能模块,提供全面便捷的充电桩共享服务,显著提升了用户体验和资源利用率,具有较高的实际应用价值.
Research and implementation of an intelligent matching-based electric vehicle charging pile sharing system
To address the supply-demand matching problem of electric vehicle charging piles and improve charging effi-ciency,this study designs and implements an intelligent matching-based electric vehicle charging pile sharing system.The system adopts a WeChat Mini Program and Spring Boot framework,integrating an intelligent recommendation algorithm based on a Multi-Layer Perceptron(MLP)to optimize charging pile allocation using machine learning models.The backend architecture incor-porates Spring Boot and MyBatis-Plus,leveraging Redis caching and MySQL database to enhance resource management efficiency and data operation performance.Key functional modules include publishing charging requests,sharing charging piles,intelligent recommendations,order management,and charging pile management.The system provides comprehensive and convenient charging pile sharing services,significantly enhancing user experience and resource utilization,with substantial practical application value.
