Design of mechanical arm switch assembly sorting system for small household appliances based on deep learning
A robotic arm-based small household appliance switch assembly and sorting system leveraging deep learning was designed.By integrating deep learning algorithms,the system endows the robotic arm with the capabilities of autonomous recogni-tion,learning,and decision-making,aiming to achieve efficient and precise execution of switch assembly and sorting tasks.The re-search delves into the overall architecture,specific working principles of the system,as well as the selection and implementation de-tails of the deep learning algorithms.Experimental validation demonstrates that this sorting system exhibits high recognition accu-racy,remarkable sorting efficiency,and superior real-time performance.
