随着数字化进程的快速发展,电子证件在法律证明过程中司法效力和价值越来越受到重视.传统的电子存证系统由于数据可被篡改,使得数据的稳定性较弱,且审计效率较低,从而削弱了电子证据在司法上的有效性和可信度.基于区块链技术,融入智能合约和哈希加密,设计并实现了一个电子存证系统,系统具有产品管理、节点管理、要素管理、存证管理等功能,与传统的电子存证系统比较,存证的真实性、完整性和审计效率显著提升.
Design and implementation of a blockchain-based electronic evidence preservation system
With the rapid development of the digitalization process,the judicial effect and value of electronic evidence in legal proceedings have garnered increasing attention.Traditional electronic evidence storage systems suffer from weak data stability due to the potential for tampering and low audit efficiency,thereby undermining the validity and credibility of electronic evidence in judicial proceedings.This paper designs and implements an electronic evidence storage system based on blockchain technology,incorporating smart contracts and hash encryption.The system boasts functions such as product management,node management,element management,and evidence storage management.Compared with traditional electronic evidence storage systems,the authenticity,integrity,and audit efficiency of evidence storage have been significantly improved.
