Research on the application of RPA technology in customer service digital transformation
With the advent of the digital economy,many enterprises actively carry out digital transformation and integrate into the digital economy.RPA technology has become an important application and mature application in the field of artificial intelli-gence,helping enterprises to digital transformation.Based on the background of the digital transformation of customer service,this paper analyzes the specific application scenarios of RPA technology in enterprise customer service work,develops intelligent cus-tomer service assistant,assigns the business with high repetition frequency and complex operation to the customer service intelli-gent assistant for automatic processing,realizes the effective combination of human and artificial intelligence,releases human re-sources also improves the efficiency of business management,truly achieve reduce costs and increase efficiency.
