摘要

书目数据是一种以机器可读目录格式表示和交流书目信息的元数据.作为关键性生产要素,机读书目数据在图书情报界被广泛使用,并在跨机构的信息共享方面发挥着重要作用.为帮助数据科学工作者在正式分析或建模之前了解书目数据的性质与特征,提出一种基于Datasette的数据探索方案.实践表明,该方案具有较高的灵活性与实用性,能够有效地简化数据预处理流程并为探索性数据分析提供便利.

Abstract

Bibliographic data is a type of metadata that represents and communicates bibliographic information in a machine-readable catalog format.As a key factor of production,machine-readable bibliographic data is widely used in the library and infor-mation community and plays an important role in interagency information sharing.In order to help data scientists understand the nature and traits of bibliographic data before formal analysis or modeling,a Datasette-based data exploration solution is proposed.It has been proven that this is a flexible and pragmatic approach that can effectively simplify data preprocessing and facilitate explor-atory data analysis.
