面向智慧校园的校园公交掌上综合服务系统设计与开发

针对高校校园公交普遍存在的"车难等、车晚点、车满员、车空跑"等乘运痛点,提出以数智科技赋能校园公交从"以车为中心"向"以人为中心"转变的新理念,在此引领下基于微信小程序设计并开发了校园公交掌上综合服务系统,通过行车状态追踪、车站排队感知、乘车体验评价和通勤社群交互等功能模块构建起"按需发车、掐点乘车、持续改进"的智慧乘运新模式,以乘客评价、司乘互动、候车聊天、主题看板等多维多元的个性化交互打造"出行、社交、宣教"一体化的校园通勤社群新生态.
The design and development of a campus bus palm comprehensive service system for smart campuses
Aiming at the common problems of"ifficult to wait,late arrival,overcrowding,and empty running"in campus buses,this paper proposes a new concept of transforming campus bus from"vehicle-centered"to"people-centered"empowered by digital technology.Under this guidance,a campus bus mobile comprehensive service system is designed and developed based on WeChat Mini Program.Through the functions of vehicle status tracking,station queuing perception,riding experience evaluation,and commuting community interaction,a new intelligent transportation mode of"departure on demand,punctual riding,and con-tinuous improvement"is constructed.The multi-dimensional and personalized interactions such as passenger evaluation,driver-passenger interaction,waiting chat,and theme bulletin board create a new ecological environment of"travel,social networking,and propaganda"integration for campus commuting community.
