井下温度、压力及含水率等信息的监测在石油开采效率中起着重要作用.井下系统通过光纤传输技术将实时测量数据传到地面后,在地面接收机对信号预处理的基础上,基于Qt跨平台特性开发了一款井下数据智能监测系统软件,该软件将串口通信模块与数据处理模块线程化,利用基于CRC校验的Viterbi解码算法解算到正确数据,对解算后数据进行数据库存储、显示和预警,最后利用AT指令与Modbus协议控制GPRS模块完成数据的远传及云端存储.该软件易于维护和移植,具有较高的应用价值.
Design of an intelligent downhole data monitoring system software based on Qt
Monitoring of downhole temperature,pressure,water cut,and other parameters plays a crucial role in enhancing oil extraction efficiency.After real-time measurement data is transmitted to the surface via fiber-optic technology,an intelligent down-hole data monitoring system software was developed based on Qt's cross-platform capabilities,on the foundation of signal prepro-cessing by the surface receiver.The software thread-processes the serial communication and data processing modules,employs a CRC-based Viterbi decoding algorithm to accurately decode the data,and then stores,displays,and alerts on the decoded data us-ing a database.Finally,it controls the GPRS module for remote and cloud storage of data using AT commands and the Modbus pro-tocol.This software is easy to maintain and port,and holds significant application value.
