针对共词分析法中出现的聚类不全面、不公平以及不明确的问题,提出了一种基于CFSFDP算法的改进方法.该方法采用了CFSFDP算法中明确聚类数量与聚类中心的思想,并将CFSFDP算法的运算结果作为K-medoids算法的初始聚类中心,以此来减少陷入局部最优解的风险.通过实验表明,与传统的聚类方法相比,该方法在性能上更为优越,聚类效果也更为出色.此外,相较于其他改进方法,该方法更适合用于非结构化文本的共词聚类与主题挖掘的研究.
K-medoids co-word clustering method based on CFSFDP
Aiming at the problems of unstable,incomplete,unfair and unclear clustering in co-word analysis,an improved method-K-medoids co-word clustering method based on CFSFDP is proposed.This method adopts the idea of automatically deter-mining the number of clusters and the clustering center in the CFSFDP algorithm,and uses the algorithm result as the initial cluster-ing center of the K-medoids algorithm to reduce the risk of falling into the local optimal solution.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional clustering method,our method is superior in performance and has better clustering effect.In addition,compared with other improved methods,our method is more suitable for co-word clustering and topic mining in unstructured text.
