摘要
随着信息化技术的不断发展,高校业务系统产生的数据规模和复杂度不断增加,高校也愈发重视数据治理工作.数据治理成为推动高校治理现代化的重要变革工具.从信息化顶层设计的角度出发,通过梳理校内业务系统业务流,明晰数据从生产、存储、交换到应用的全过程,确立以人、财、物为核心的数据标准体系,构建满足业务需求的数据交换平台.从大数据视角探讨高校数据治理平台的构建及应用,为同类高校数据治理体系建设提供参考.
Abstract
With the continuous development of information technology,the scale and complexity of data generated by univer-sity business systems are increasing,and universities are placing more emphasis on data governance.Data governance has become an important transformative tool in promoting the modernization of university governance.Starting from the perspective of top-level information design,by sorting out the business flow of on-campus business systems,clarifying the entire process of data from pro-duction,storage,exchange to application,and establishing a data standard system centered on people,finance,and materials,a data exchange platform that meets business needs is constructed.From the perspective of big data,this paper discusses the con-struction and application of a university data governance platform,providing a reference for the construction of data governance sys-tems in similar universities.
