In view of the uneven quality of Chinese medicinal materials and the frequent safety problems of Chinese medicinal materials,a Chinese medicinal materials traceability system based on blockchain was designed.Using the characteristics of block-chain decentralization and hard to tamper with data,combined with blockchain smart contracts,encryption algorithms and other un-derlying technologies,the key information of planting,processing and sales in the production process of Chinese medicinal materi-als is recorded on the blockchain,and some basic information of enterprises is recorded in the local database,which solves the problem of inconsistent information coordination and information opacity in the traditional traceability system,and realizes the iden-tification of Chinese medicinal materials The whole process of material information traceability,so as to ensure the quality and safety of Chinese herbal medicine,protect the rights and interests of consumers,and promote the healthy development of Chinese herbal medicine industry.
