利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,分别建立移动模架吊挂系统合模和开模工况下的有限元模型,研究吊挂系统在静载和过孔工况下的应力分布和变形情况,为确保其在施工状态下结构的安全可靠性,需校核移动模架吊挂系统最大受力工况下的结构强度、刚度及屈曲稳定性.有限元分析结果表明:移动模架吊挂系统满足强度、刚度及屈曲稳定性要求,研究成果可为移动模架的设计与安全施工提供参考.
Finite element analysis of MSS50 mobile formwork suspension system
Using ANSYS finite element analysis software,the finite element models of the mobile formwork suspension system under mode closing and mode opening conditions were established to study the stress distribution and deformation of the sus-pension system under static load and through-hole conditions,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure during operation.The structural strength,rigidity and buckling stability of the mobile formwork suspension system under the maxi-mum stress condition were checked.The finite element analysis results show that the mobile formwork suspension system meets the requirements for strength,rigidity and buckling stability.The research results can provide reference for subsequent design and safe operation of mobile formworks.
