对某新车型前轴焊合件发动机悬置安装点动刚度的优化进行了研究.在综合考虑动刚度分析结果和零件结构的基础上,分析出动刚度差的原因,由此得到改进方向,最终经过一步步优化得到最优的改进方案,并在研究中总结出了对汽车底盘结构件动刚度优化具有一定普适性的改进思路:在动刚度弱的方向(X、Y、Z方向中的一个或几个)增加支撑,再结合零件原有结构一步步改进,最终得到最优的改进方案.此改进思路可作为新零件开发或原有零件改进的设计指导.
Dynamic stiffness optimization of engine mounting point of front crossmember of a new vehicle
In this paper,the dynamic stiffness of the engine mounting point of the front crossmember of a new vehicle was op-timized.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the dynamic stiffness analysis results and the structure of the parts,the causes of the weak dynamic stiffness were analyzed,and the improvement direction was obtained.The final optimization scheme was obtained step by step,and the universal improvement idea of the dynamic stiffness of the structural components of automotive chassis was summarized.Where the dynamic stiffness is weak(one or more of the X,Y,Z directions),the sup-port should be increased,and the structure of the parts should be improved step by step to get the optimal improvement scheme.This improvement idea can be used as the design guide for new parts development or original parts improvement.
