精密梯形丝杠副传动技术研究

梯形丝杠副的径向配作间隙影响其配合性质,其中,梯形丝杠副用来存储润滑油和提供热膨胀余量的侧隙,直接影响了梯形丝杠副传动的连续平稳性.针对径向配作间隙,提出了基于齿厚数显卡尺控制内、外梯形螺纹中径处法向齿厚值,间接实现控制内、外梯形螺纹中径值,并开发了Visual Basic径向间隙控制程序,实现梯形丝杠副的最佳径向间隙要求.研究了梯形丝杠副径向配作间隙和梯形螺纹牙型半角对传动啮合的影响,总结出牙型半角对梯形丝杠和配作螺母的磨损规律.通过试验进行验证,该磨损规律可实现梯形丝杠副最佳的牙型半角啮合,有效解决了梯形丝杠副磨损严重、自锁性差等问题,提高了梯形丝杠副传动的平稳性.
Transmission technology of precise trapezoidal lead screw pair
The radial matching clearance affects the matching properties of the trapezoidal lead screw pair,and the side clear-ance that can store lubricating oil and provide thermal expansion allowance directly affects the continuous stability of the transmission of the trapezoidal lead screw pair.Aiming at the radial matching clearance,a digital tooth thickness caliper was proposed to control the normal tooth thickness at the middle diameter of the inner and outer trapezoidal threads,thus indirect-ly controlling the middle diameter of the inner and outer trapezoidal threads.A Visual Basic radial clearance control program was developed to achieve the optimal radial clearance of the trapezoidal lead screw pair.The influence of radial matching clearance and half of thread angle on the transmission meshing was studied,and the wear law of the trapezoidal lead screw pair and the matching nut was summarized.Through test verification,the wear law could achieve the best engagement of the half of thread angle of the trapezoidal lead screw tooth,and could effectively solve the problems of serious wear and poor self-locking,thus improving the transmission stability of the trapezoidal lead screw.
