摘要
某5A06 铝合金筒体折弯件成形精度仅可达到直线度≤1 mm/m,全长≤3 mm的工件精度,不能满足使用要求.通过对水压校形技术的深入研究及分析,采用理论计算、试验及数据分析相结合的方式,完成了水压校形技术的初步研究,有效地对工件的直线度及圆度进行了校形,为类似的工艺提供技术参考.
Abstract
The forming accuracy of the bending part of a 5A06 aluminum alloy cylinder can only reach the workpiece accura-cy of straightness≤1 mm/m and total length≤3 mm,which cannot meet the usage requirements.This article conducts in-depth research on hydraulic shaping technology.Through theoretical calculations,experiments,and data analysis,this article completes the preliminary research on hydraulic shaping technology,effectively correcting the straightness and roundness of the workpiece.This article has provided technical reference for similar processes.
