42CrMo袜机行针盘离子注入改性研究

摘要
针对采用42CrMo材料制造的袜机行针盘在使用过程中磨损严重的问题,采用氮离子注入方法对其进行表面改性强化,结果表明:氮离子注入可以提高行针盘表面硬度,对维氏硬度HV与载荷F进行了非线性拟合,拟合函数为HV=-61.31ln(F)+443.71(F≤9.807 N);离子注入过程中产生的热量会导致行针盘温度升高,增加行针盘的变形量;行针盘表面沟壑得到改善,呈现较好的一致性.
Abstract
In order to solve the serious wear problem of the needle plate of the hosiery machine made by 42CrMo,this paper uses nitrogen ion implantation method to modify and strengthen its surface.The results show that nitrogen ion implantation can improve the surface hardness of the needle plate.The fitting function was HV=-61.31ln(F)+443.71(F≤9.807N).The heat generated during ion implantation will increase the temperature of the needle plate,thus increasing its deformation.The surface grooves of the needle plate have been improved,exhibiting good consistency.
