Analysis of lubrication characteristics of plunger pair in radial plunger pump
The plunger pair is one of the key friction pairs of the radial plunger pump,and its lubrication characteristics have a significant impact on the service life of the pump.Therefore,research on the lubrication characteristics of the plunger pair is carried out.Firstly,force analysis on the plunger pair under dynamic pressure support is performed,and then the thickness equation and the Reynolds equation of the oil film of the plunger pair are established.A steady-state oil film model is estab-lished,and the oil film pressure is analyzed by using fluid simulation software.The results show that the pressure of the plunger cavity has a significant impact on the oil film pressure of the plunger pair.This study has laid a foundation for the re-search on radial plunger pumps under ultra-high pressure.
