斜撑式超越离合器风车磨损的影响因素及试验研究

以某APU用斜撑超越离合器为研究对象,基于受力分析和Archard模型得到可能影响离合器楔块风车磨损的因素,通过部件级磨损试验对比各工况下的楔块磨损率,结果表明各因素对磨损率均有影响,但影响的显著性及趋势有所差异.采用灰色关联度进行楔块磨损率影响因素的主次关系分析,结果表明各因素关联度大小关系为:滑油流量>相对滑动速度>摩擦力矩.
Analysis and experimental study on influencing factors of sprag windmill wear of overrunning clutch
An overrunning clutch is taken as the research object.Based on force analysis and Archard model,the factors that may affect the sprag windmill wear rate are obtained,and the difference of sprag wear rate under different working conditions are compared by component-level wear test.The results show that all factors have influence on the wear rate,but the signifi-cance and trend of the influence are different.Grey correlation analysis is used to analyze the relationship of the factors af-fecting the sprag wear rate,and the results show that the order of the factors is:oil flow>relative sliding speed>friction mo-ment.
