抽水蓄能水力试验模型转轮有质量较大及偏心的特性,导致其在高转速及变转速的试验过程中产生机械振动,不仅影响性能指标,还会导致一系列严重后果.因此,了解和掌握动平衡技术,对缓解机械振动有着重要意义.本文对动平衡技术相关知识进行介绍,通过对模型转轮进行静、动平衡试验及相应的校正处理,针对模型转轮不平衡问题提出了可行的工程实施技术方案.
Research on dynamic balancing technology of hydraulic model runner for power storage
The mechanical vibration of the model runner for power storage happens during the hydraulic performance test at high and variable speed due to its large mass and eccentricity.The vibration not only affects the hydraulic performance test indexes,but also leads to a series of serious consequences.The dynamic balancing technology is of great significance to alle-viate the mechanical vibration.This paper introduces the relevant knowledge of dynamic balancing technology,and proposes feasible engineering measures for addressing the imbalance issue of the model runner through static balancing tests,dynamic balancing tests,and corresponding calibration procedures.
