摘要

在实际工程中,受力部件常常处于复杂的应力状态,为研究材料沿不同方向的力学性能,设计了一种基于单轴拉伸试验机的可装配式双轴拉伸装置.该装置具有多个基座和多个滑杆槽组件,可以同时满足单轴拉伸试验需求和双轴拉伸试验需求.首先介绍了双轴拉伸装置的基本结构和运动机理,然后利用SolidWorks三维建模和AN-SYS Workbench仿真的联合技术,采用瞬态动力学方法对双轴拉伸装置进行了有限元分析.根据仿真结果,基于响应面法(RSM)对双轴拉伸装置进行了优化设计,以提高装置的安全性与可靠性.经过多次优化,得到了最佳优化方案.

Abstract

In practical engineering,the stress components are usually in complex stress states.In order to study the mechani-cal properties of materials in different directions,a biaxial tensile device based on a uniaxial tensile testing machine is de-signed.The device has multiple bases and multiple slider slot components,which can meet the requirements of uniaxial ten-sile test and biaxial tensile test at the same time.The basic structure and motion mechanism of the biaxial tensile device are introduced,and the combined technology of SolidWorks 3D modeling and ANSYS Workbench simulation is used to conduct finite element analysis of the biaxial tensile device by transient dynamics method.According to the simulation results,the bi-axial tensile device is optimized based on the response surface method(RSM)to improve its safety and reliability,and the optimal scheme is obtained.
