Optimization design of liquid cooling for the power battery pack of a pure electric bus
In response to the problem of high temperature in the power battery pack of a certain pure electric bus,ADVISOR software was used to establish models of the whole bus and the battery pack,and the actual vehicle speed,power battery pack SOC,and current changes under typical urban conditions were studied.Using the corresponding heat generating amount of the discharge rate of the power battery pack under cyclic conditions as the heat source input,a liquid cooling heat dissipation model of the power battery pack was established.FLUENT software was used to study the temperature changes of the power battery pack.Orthogonal experiments were designed to comprehensively consider the effects of the coolant flow rate,the cool-ing plate diameter,and the wall thickness on the temperature of the power battery pack.The optimal parameter configuration was obtained based on range and variance analysis.
