Failure analysis of power-off brake under complex environment
The power-off brake is a key part of the servo system,and its performance determines the reliability of the servo system.This paper analyzes the working principle and possible failure of the power-off brake,determines the solutions of common failures,and expounds the analysis process and methods of failures happened before.This study has provided refer-ence for the failure analysis of similar products,and has improved the reliability of the system.
