针对传统的地铁站台门电磁锁功耗较高、故障率较高等问题,提出了一种改进型地铁站台门电磁锁,该电磁锁故障率较低,功耗较低,成本较低,适用于多种复杂的环境.对改进型电磁锁的外观、整体结构、锁闭机构及性能参数进行设计,对改进型电磁锁的电磁动力、动作过程以及温度特性进行了分析与测试.性能指标综合比较结果表明,改进型电磁锁性能优良,工作可靠.
An improved electromagnetic lock for subway platform door
Aiming at the problems of the subway platform door electromagnetic lock,such as high power consumption and high failure rate,an improved subway platform door electromagnetic lock is proposed.The failure rate,power consumption and cost of this electromagnetic lock is relatively low,and it's suitable for various complex environments.The appearance,o-verall structure,locking mechanism and performance parameters of the electromagnetic lock is designed,and the electromag-netic force,action process and temperature characteristics of the electromagnetic lock is analyzed and tested.The comprehen-sive performance comparison results show that the improved electromagnetic lock has excellent performance and reliable op-eration.
