数智技术赋能教育强国建设的五重逻辑

新一轮科技革命和产业革命加速演进,数智技术作为这场革命的关键引擎,正以前所未有的速度改变着社会运行模式、经济发展方式和国际竞争格局.教育强国建设是国之大计,阐释数智技术赋能教育强国建设的逻辑理路对于当前我国教育强国建设必要且紧迫.基于此,文章从历史逻辑、理论逻辑、现实逻辑、发展逻辑和实践逻辑五个方面剖析了数智技术赋能教育强国建设的内在理路,分别是:科学技术迭代是世界教育中心转移的根本源动力,数智技术是教育发展变革的新质生产力,数智技术是夯实教育强国底座的核心内驱力,数智技术是开辟教育发展新赛道的战略支撑力,数智技术是"三位一体"协同发展的关键联结力.这五个方面的逻辑阐释,进一步明晰了数智技术在教育强国建设中所起的重要作用,也可为提升教育新质生产力提供学理支撑.
The Five-fold Logic of Digital Intelligence Technology Empowering the Construction of Education Power
The new round of scientific technological revolution and industrial revolution are accelerating,and digital intelligence technology,as the key engine of this revolution,is changing the social operation mode,economic development mode,and international competition pattern at an unprecedented speed.The construction of education power is the great plan of the country,and explaining the logical way to the construction of education power empowered by intelligence technology is urgent and necessary for the construction of education power in our country.Based on this,the paper analyzed the internal logic of the construction of education power empowered by intelligence technology from the perspectives of historical logic,theoretical logic,realistic logic,development logic,and practical logic.That was,scientific and technological iteration was the fundamental driving force for the transfer of world education centers;digital intelligence technology was a new quality productive force for the development and transformation of education;digital intelligence technology was the core internal driving force for consolidating the foundation of education power;digital intelligence technology was the strategic support for opening up new track in educational development;digital intelligence technology was the key connecting force for the coordinated development of the"trinity".Through the logical interpretation of five aspects,the important role of digital intelligence technology in the construction of education power was further clarified,and academic support for enhancing the new quality productivity of education was provided.
