在教育数字化转型的背景下,生成式人工智能已开始赋能高校内部治理,推动了教育治理能力的现代化。为确保生成式人工智能合法合规地赋能高校内部治理,文章首先从教育转向和管理转型两个方面,分析了生成式人工智能赋能高校内部治理的多元效应。之后,文章审视了生成式人工智能赋能高校内部治理面临的法治化风险,主要表现为生成式人工智能技术本身存在的法律风险及其应用过程中面临的法治化风险。最后,文章从深化立法、强化监督两个方面,提出生成式人工智能赋能高校内部治理的法治路径,以推动生成式人工智能赋能高校内部治理从共治走向善治。文章的研究,可为生成式人工智能赋能高校内部治理提供理论框架和实践指导,具有重要的学术价值和实践指导意义。
How Does GenAI Empower the Internal Governance in Universities?
Under the context of the digital transformation of education,generative artificial intelligence(GenAI)has begun to empower the internal governance in universities,which promoted the modernization of educational governance capabilities.In order to ensure that GenAI can empower the internal governance in universities legally and in compliance,this paper first analyzed the multiple effects of GenAI to empower the internal governance in universities from two aspects of education transition and management transformation.Subsequently,this paper examined the legalization risks associated with the internal governance in universities empowered by GenAI,which were mainly manifested as the legal risks inherent in GenAI technology and the legalization risks faced in the application process.Finally,from the two aspects of deepening legislation and strengthening supervision,this paper proposed the legal paths of the internal governance in universities empowered by GenAI,so as to promote the internal governance in universities empowered by GenAI from co-governance to good governance.The research of this paper can provide theoretical framework and practical guidance for the internal governance in universities empowered by GenAI,which had significant academic value and practical guiding significance.
