Research on the Influence Mechanism of "Dual Teachers" Teaching Presence on Students' Learning Engagement in Delivery Classroom
Teachers'teaching presence is a key indicator to predict students'learning engagement.Due to the real-time interaction of"dual teachers"in different places,teachers'teaching presence in the delivery classroom presents richer connotations and characteristics,and the impact on students'learning engagement can not be ignored.In the delivery classroom,the main teachers'teaching presence was characterized by teaching design and organization,facilitating dialogue,direct guidance and evaluation,while the auxiliary teachers'teaching presence was characterized by organization management,guidance answering and emotional support,and the collaboration between the two could effectively stimulate student's learning engagement.Taking the"dual teachers"teaching presence as the condition variable and students'learning engagement as the result variable,the qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets was conducted.The results showed that the teaching presence of"dual teachers"in the delivery classroom took main teachers'teaching design and organization,evaluation as the necessary conditions,and auxiliary teachers'organization management as the beneficial supplement,and a complementary advantage linkage effect was formed through the main teachers'facilitating dialogue,direct guidance and auxiliary teachers'guidance answering,and collaboratively promote students'learning engagement.Deepening the"dual teachers"teaching in the delivery classroom will help to promote students'learning engagement and at the same time promote the formation of a teaching community between the main teachers and auxiliary teachers,thereby improving the construction quality of the delivery classroom.
