Research on Distance Learning Support Service System for Improving Rural Teachers' Digital Literacy
As an important part of digital literacy,the improvement of rural teachers'digital teaching capabilities is the key to promoting the digital transformation of rural education and achieving high-quality development of rural education.However,at present,the problems of rural teachers'weak willingness to apply digital education resources,insufficient innovative ability in digital technology application,and inadequate integration depth of digital technology with education and teaching are rather prominent in our country.Therefore,relying on spatial production theory and combined with in-depth interviews,this paper focused on the distance learning support service demands of rural teachers and constructed the distance learning support service system pointing to improving rural teachers'digital literacy.This system consisted of three supporting subjects(namely academic mentor,teaching assistant team mainly composed of normal students,and rural teacher),four types of support services(namely knowledge support service,management support service,emotional support service and technical support service,and three supporting mechanisms(namely feedback mechanism coordination mechanism,and motivation mechanism),in order to improve the research and study effectiveness of digital teaching distance for rural teachers,and promote the digital transformation of rural education and the development of educational equity.
