论综合实践活动课程教师

综合实践活动是我国课程改革中的一种崭新课程形态,它具有开放性、生成性、不确定性和实践性特征.这种不同于学科教学的活动课程,对教师的角色、知识结构和能力及指导过程都提出了全新的要求.然而现实是一些教师存在对综合实践活动课程的价值认识不清,综合素养和能力难以适应其挑战,角色转换不成功等问题.因此,需要教师教育机构、教师自身、中小学和全社会一起努力改变教师在综合实践活动过程中出现的种种观念和行为偏差.
The Teachers of Integrated Practical Activity Curriculum
Integrated Practical Activity Curriculum (IPAC) is a new style of curriculum, which is open, generative, uncertain and practical. IPAC is different from subject curriculum and it requires teachers more knowledge and skills. Now some teachers don' t adapt to it. So it needs efforts of teachers education institutions, schools and whole society to help teachers.
