摘要
针对内河码头数量多、分布广的特点,采用低压标准化岸电管理系统,解决设备规格不统一、用户操作不方便、数据采集不规范等问题,有助于提高港口岸电设备的使用率,从而实现环境污染、噪声污染的减少.基于低压标准化岸电管理系统结构,从管理平台、智能控制单元、岸电设备等方面展开探究,搭建了适用于内河码头的低压岸电设备的综合管理平台,并在上海港大范围推广应用,推进低压标准化岸电的建设及使用.
Abstract
For the characteristics of a large number and wide distribution of inland river terminals,adopting a low-voltage standardized shore power management system can solve problems such as inconsistent equipment specifications,inconvenient user operations,and non-standard data collection.This helps to improve the utilization rate of port shore power equipment,thereby reducing environmental pollution and noise pollution.This article is based on the structure of a low-voltage standardized shore power management system,exploring management platforms,intelligent control units,shore power equipment,and other aspects.A comprehensive management platform for low-voltage shore power equipment suitable for inland river terminals has been built,and it has been widely promoted and applied in Shanghai Port to promote the construction and use of low-voltage standardized shore power.
