针对变压器励磁涌流对实际运行项目的影响,分析变压器励磁涌流形成的原因,励磁涌流导致的电网电压暂降、铁磁谐振过电压、继电保护误动作等负面影响,结合某工厂实际在运行过程中存在的问题开展研究,对现有抑制变压器励磁涌流方法进行分析.某项目实施后的实际数据验证了可通过相控开关技术控制电力变压器投入的时间,可有效减小变压器励磁涌流,从而提高供电可靠性,降低投入变压器时可能造成的不利影响.
Research on the Suppression Method of Inrush Current in Industrial Factory Distribution Transformer
In response to the impact of transformer excitation inrush current on actual operation projects,this study analyzes the causes of transformer excitation inrush current,the negative effects of grid voltage sag,ferromagnetic resonance overvoltage,and relay protectionmisoperation caused by excitation inrush current,and combines the problems existing in the actual operation process of a certain factory to conduct research.By analyzing the existing methods for suppressing transformer excitation inrush current.The actual data after the implementation of a certain project has verified that the time of power transformer input can be controlled through phase controlled switch technology,which can effectively reduce the excitation inrush current of the transformer,thereby improving power supply reliability and reducing the potential adverse effects of transformer input.
