摘要
结合某城市综合体项目,分析了城市综合体中五星级酒店设计的重点、难点及关键技术.提出五星级酒店的两种高压供电形式,给出了选用原则;总结了酒店柴油发电机容量的3 种配置原则;结合酒店消防报警系统的特殊要求,介绍了一种消防控制室之间联络的新方案.结合五星级酒店客房设置蜂鸣器底座火灾探测器的情况,提出了根据电压降值计算DC 24 V线缆截面积的简便方法.
Abstract
This article analyzes the key points,difficulties,and key technologies in the design of five-star hotels in a certain urban complex project.Two high-voltage power supply forms for five-star hotels are proposed,and the selection principles are given;Summarized three configuration principles for the capacity of hotel diesel generators.A new scheme for connecting fire control rooms is introduced,taking into account the special requirements of hotel fire alarm systems.A simple method for calculating the cross-sectional area of DC24 V cables based on the voltage drop value is proposed,taking into account the installation of buzzer base fire detectors in five-star hotel rooms.
