摘要

从脱扣机构、灭弧室、动作机构设计及多体动力学虚拟样机在产品设计中的应用4 个方面对电子式低压塑壳断路器设计方案进行了介绍.该类型产品具有高性能、高分断、高可靠性、智能化、保护特性精准等特点.设计方案的产品已通过权威的检测机构测试,可供同类项目参考.

Abstract

This paper introduces the design scheme of electronic low-voltage plastic shell circuit breakers from four aspects:release mechanism,arc extinguishing chamber,action mechanism design,and the application of multi body dynamic virtual prototype in product design.This type of product has the characteristics of high performance,high breaking,high reliability,intelligence,and precise protection characteristics.The product of this design scheme has undergone performance testing by a third-party authoritative testing agency and can be used as a reference for similar projects.
