摘要
结合碳排放核算体系和低碳工业园区相关评价标准及文献调研,梳理工业园区范围内的碳源和碳汇.从工业园区的能源、工业过程、建筑、公共设施、交通、废弃物处理、碳汇等方面探讨园区碳排放计算方法,为低碳工业园区提供基础方法支撑.
Abstract
Based on the carbon emission accounting system,the evaluation standards of low-carbon industrial parks and literature research,this paper sorts out the carbon sources and carbon sink within the scope of industrial parks.The calculation method of carbon emission in industrial parks is discussed from the aspects of energy,buildings,public facilities,transportation,waste treatment and carbon sink,etc.,to provide basic method support for low-carbon industrial park.
