摘要

通过对两种灭弧栅片结构在不同电流等级下的分断试验对比,得出不同灭弧栅片结构对不同电流开断时的影响程度.结果表明:灭弧栅片的U型结构特征对临界直流负载电流开断无明显影响,对额定电流开断有重要影响,对低短路电流开断有微小影响,对高短路电流开断无明显影响.通过对开断不同直流电流下电弧的电压和电流波形图的研究分析,对提升产品的性能及使用的可靠性有一定的帮助.

Abstract

This article compares the breaking tests of two types of arc extinguishing grid structures at different current levels,and obtains the degree of influence of different arc extinguishing grid structures on different current breaking.The results show that the U-shaped structural characteristics of the arc extinguishing grid have no significant impact on the critical DC load current breaking,have an important impact on the rated current breaking,have a slight impact on the low short-circuit current breaking,and have no significant impact on the high short-circuit current breaking.This article analyzes the voltage and current waveforms of arcs under different DC currents,which can help improve the performance and reliability of products.
