摘要

为了提升直流系统运行的安全性和稳定性,解决直流系统绝缘监测的问题,设计一种新型的监测方法的产品.该产品基于不平衡电桥设计,搭配高精度外置ADC采样芯片和STM32F401 芯片,可以实现高速、高精度、高电压的测量需求.产品可以应用在直流系统中,比如储能直流侧、变电站直流屏、UPS直流供电系统、电动汽车直流充电装置、光伏直流系统等直流系统的绝缘监测.

Abstract

In order to improve the safety and stability of DC system operation,solve the problem of DC system insulation monitoring,design a new type of monitoring method of the product.The product is based on the design of unbalanced bridge circuit with high-precision external ADC sampling chip and STM32F401 chip,which can realize the demand of high-speed,high-precision,and high-voltage measurement.The product can be applied in DC systems,such as insulation monitoring of DC systems for energy storage DC side,substation DC panels,UPS DC power supply systems,electric vehicle DC charging devices,photovoltaic DC systems and so on.
