浅谈净水厂的综合自动化系统设计

摘要
从现有净水厂运维的"痛点及难点"出发,总结现在净水厂综合自动化系统设计、施工及运维中存在的各类问题.从监控系统方案选择、新老系统的软硬件兼容问题、在线感知检测设备配置、精准加药与节能控制、网络安全等级保护、智慧化推进等方面进行讨论,在优化净水厂专业融合设计方面给出了建议.结果可供同类项目参考.
Abstract
Several pain points and difficulties in the operation and maintenance of existing water purification plants,emerged during design,construction and operation management,is analyzed in this paper.It discusses aspects such as the selection of monitoring system solutions,compatibility issues between new and old system software and hardware,configuration of online sensing and detection equipment,precise dosing and energy-saving control,cybersecurity protection levels,and the advancement of smart technologies.Suggestions are provided for optimizing the professional integration design of water purification plants.The results can be used as a reference for similar projects.
