酚醛树脂对根管壁封闭的影响

摘要
目的 本文探讨酚醛树脂对根管壁的封闭作用,以期提高牙周牙髓联合病变的远期疗效.方法 前牙、前磨牙、磨牙各20颗,随机分为A、B两组,每组30颗牙齿.A组根管壁用酚醛树脂封闭和B组根管壁不用酚醛树脂封闭.A、B组所有离体牙根尖4 mm区域涂布指甲油,然后将样本浸没于2%亚甲蓝至牙根10 mm处.A、B组每24小时取出棉捻观察是否有蓝染,连续观察7天.结果 ①扫描电镜下观察根管预备后牙本质小管口呈开放状态,牙本质小管腔呈空腔状态,浸润酚醛树脂以后,牙本质小管开口被封闭,牙本质小管腔被堵塞.②第1天和第2天A组和B组没有显著性差异(P>0.05),都没有出现渗漏.从第3天开始有显著性差异(P<0.05),B组出现明显渗漏.结论 酚醛树脂可渗入到牙本质小管,对根管壁有良好的封闭作用.
Abstract
Objective To improve the prostecdtive efficacy of periodontal-endodontic combined lesions,we investigate the sealing effect of phenoaldehyde resin on the root canal wall.Methods 20 anterior teeth,20 premolars,20 molars were divided into 2 groups randomly and respectively.These teeth were merged into group A,which root canal wall were sealed with phenoaldehyde resin,and group B without.All in vitro teeth root apex 4 mm area were evenly coated with two layers of nail polish.Then these teeth root apex 10mm area were immersed into 2% methylene blue solution in eppendorf tube with root apex downward.The inserted cotton twist was taken out every 24 hours to observe whether there is the blue dye.The continuous observation lasted for 7 days.Results ①When observed with SEM,the orifices of dentinal tubules were open after routine root canal shaping and cleaning,and the longitudinal section of dentinal tubules showed which were empty.After routine root canal shaping and cleaning and treated with phenoaldehyde resin,the orifices of dentinal tubules were sealed,and the longitudinal section of dentinal tubules showed which were blocked with infiltrated phenoaldehyde resin.②There were no methylene blue leaked into root canal space at the first day and the second day.The group A and group B had no significant difference (P>0.05).Since the third day,the leakage of methylene blue in unblocked group was obvious,and group A and group B had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Phenoaldehyde resin have favourable sealing effect on root canal wall,because which can infiltrated into dentinal tubules.
