基于转录组测序及生物信息学分析FNDC1基因在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及意义

目的 探讨FNDC1基因在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达水平及功能.方法 采用生物信息学、转录组测序和细胞实验,检测FNDC1在OSCC中的表达水平及其在OSCC中可能的作用机制.结果 FNDC1在OSCC组织中高表达(P<0.05),FNDC1表达的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.804,表明FNDC1与OSCC诊断之间的强相关性.同时还发现FNDC1的表达水平与吸烟(P<0.05)、临床分期(P<0.001)和病理分期(P<0.001)相关.FNDC1与细胞恶变具有较高的相关性,并且在成纤维细胞、肌成纤维细胞具有更高水平的表达.FNDC1与多种免疫细胞具有较高的相关性.结论 本研究证实FNDC1在OSCC中高表达,且与OSCC的进展相关.
Expression and significance of FNDC1 gene in oral cavity based on transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis
Objective To investigate the expression level and function of FNDC1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods Using bioinformatics,transcriptome sequencing,and cell experiments,the expression level of FNDC1 in OSCC and its possible mechanism of action in OSCC were detected.Results FNDC1 was highly expressed in OSCC tissue(P<0.05),and the area under the curve(AUC)of FNDC1 expression was 0.804,indicating a strong correlation between FNDC1 and OSCC diagnosis.It was also found that the expression level of FNDC1 was correlated with smoking(P<0.05),clinical staging(P<0.001),and pathological staging(P<0.001).FNDC1 is highly correlated with cell malignancy and has higher levels of expression in fibroblasts and myofibroblasts.FNDC1 has a high correlation with various immune cells.Conclusion This study confirms that FNDC1 is highly expressed in OSCC and is associated with the progression of OSCC.
