摘要
目的 通过对成人骨性Ⅲ类偏颌畸形患者的颏部形态结构特征及对称性进行探索,研究偏斜患者颏部形态及代偿情况.方法 选择66例骨性Ⅲ类患者,分为偏斜组(33例)及非偏斜组(33例),拍摄CBCT并进行头影测量,比较颏部形态对称性.结果 成人骨性Ⅲ类偏颌畸形患者下颌左偏趋势更加明显,颏孔位于下颌骨中央,颏部单位长度及下颌骨倾斜度存在不对称,偏斜侧较偏斜对称颏部单位长度减小、倾斜度减小.结论 成人骨性Ⅲ类偏颌畸形患者颏部存在不对称及代偿.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the chin morphology and compensation,by analyzing the morphological and structural characteristics and symmetry of chin in adult patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ mandibular deviation.Methods Sixty-six patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ were selected and divided into deviation group(n=33)and control group(n=33).Morphology and symmetry of chin were evaluated based on CBCT examination data.Results The left deviation of mandible is more obvious in adult patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ mandibular deviation.The mental foramen was located in the center of the mandible.The deviated side had smaller chin unit length and inclination than the nondeviated side(P＜0.05).Conclusion There were asymmetry and compensation in the chin of adult patients withtype Ⅲmandibular deviation.
