Research on calibration method for detergent tester
Thedetergent tester is a specialized device for evaluating the cleaning performance of detergents in stain removal tests.It is mainly used for the research and development,testing,and evaluation of the cleaning and anti-redeposition properties of detergents.Since there is currently no national calibration standard for this device in the domestic market,this article discusses the metrological characteristics and calibration methods of the detergent tester based on its physical properties and proposes calibration items and technical indicators suitable for this instrument.To validate this method,the RHLQ-Ⅲ detergent tester was used as the experimental object to conduct calibration tests on five parameters:temperature deviation,temperature fluctuation,temperature uniformity,relative error of rotational speed indication relative error of timer.The experimental results demonstrate that this calibration method is accurate and reliable,and helpful for metrological verification institutions to carry out the calibration work of detergent testers.
