摘要

目的:系统评价含山楂中成药治疗动脉粥样硬化的疗效及安全性.方法:检索数据库搜集中成药治疗动脉粥样硬化的 RCT.按纳、排标准筛选,对结局指标行网状 Meta分析.结果:共纳入 40 篇文献,试验组涉及 6种含山楂中成药,结果显示银丹心脑通软胶囊联合他汀降低 TC、TG,升高 HDL-C 效果更好.荷丹片联合他汀降低LDL-C、hs-CRP 效果更好.蒲参胶囊联合他汀提高临床疗效有效率更优.试验组不良反应少于对照组.结论:他汀类药物联合含山楂类中成药可以提高临床疗效.但基于本研究存在不足,应谨慎参考本次排序结果.但需开展更多多中心、大样本、高质量RCT补充验证.

Abstract

Purpose:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese patent medicines containing hawthorn in the treatment of atherosclerosis.Method:Databases were searched for RCTs of Chinese patent medicines for atherosclerosis.Screening was performed by inclusion and exclusion criteria,and network meta-analysis was performed for outcomes.Results:A total of 40 articles were included,involving 6 Chinese patent medicines containing hawthorn,and the results showed that Yin Dan Xin Nao Tong Capsules combined with statins reduced TC and TG and increased HDL-C better.He Dan Tablets combined with statins reduce LDL-C and hs-CRP better.Pu Shen Capsules combined with statins improve clinical efficacy better.The experimental group had fewer adverse effects than the control group.Conclusion:Statins combined with hawthorn-containing Chinese patent medicines can improve clinical efficacy.However,based on the shortcomings of this study,the results of this ranking should be carefully referenced.However,more multicenter,large-sample,high-quality RCTs need to be supplemented.
