The value of renal ultrasound combined with serological indicators in the diagnosis of early diabetes nephropathy
Objective:To investigate the value of renal ultrasound combined with homocysteine(Hcy),Cystatin C(Cys C)and β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:148 patients with early DN(DN group),125 patients with simple diabetes mellitus(DM group)and 130 healthy people(control group)were selected. All subjects underwent renal ultrasound, recording the peak systolic flow velocity(PSV)and resistance index(RI)of the master renal arteries(MRA)and interlobar renal arteries(IRA);Compare serum Hcy,Cys C,β2-MG levels;Analyze the diagnostic efficacy of renal ultrasound and Hcy,Cys C,β2-MG for early DN.Results:The PSV(MRA)and PSV(IRA)of DN group were lower than those of DM group and control group(P<0.05),the RI(MRA)and RI(IRA)were higher than those of DM group and control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum Hcy,Cys C,β2-MG of DN group were higher than those of DM group and control group(P<0.05).The AUC of renal ultrasound,Hcy,Cys C,β2-MG and its combined in the diagnosis of early DN were 0.787,0.732,0.767,0.750,0.931.Conclusion:Renal ultrasound combined with Hcy,Cys C,β2-MG can improve the diagnostic efficiency of early DN.
