The expression and significance of serum sTREM-1 and TGF-β1 in children with moderate NS
Objective:To analyze the expression and clinical significance of serum soluble tigering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(sTREM-1)and transforming growth factor b1(TGF-β1)in children with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Method:180 children with NS were selected and their serum levels of sTREM-1 and TGF-β1 were measured and compared before and after treatment,to analyze their clinical significance.Result:After treatment, the serum levels of sTREM-1 and TGF-β1 in NS patients decreased, and the remission group was lower than the unremission group(P<0.05).The AUC of serum sTREM-1 and TGF-β1 levels predicting treatment efficacy in children with NS were 0.845 and 0.883,respectively.Conclusion:The serum levels of sTREM-1 and TGF-β1 are related to the activity status of NS patients, which can predict the treatment effect of NS patients, and the combination of the two has a better predictive effect.
