目的:评价 3D 技术在牙周病伴牙列缺损修复治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取牙周病伴牙列缺损患者64例,随机分为两组,各 32例。观察组采用 3D打印钴铬合金制作,对照组采用常规加工制作。分析两组修复体的初戴时间、满意度、修复效果及位点偏差。结果:观察组修复体初戴时间低于对照组(P<0。05),满意度、边缘适应性均优于对照组(P<0。05),位点的偏差值小于对照组(P<0。05),而修复体外形、表面质地比较无统计学意义(P>0。05)。结论:3D 打印可摘局部义齿初戴时间短,患者满意度高,边缘适合性好,同时位点差值小,精度高,对牙周病伴牙列缺损有良好疗效,值得推广。
Research on the application of 3D printing technology in the restoration treatment of periodontal disease with dentition defects
Objective:Evaluate the application effect of 3D technology in the repair and treatment of periodontal disease with dentition defects.Methods:Select 64 patients with periodontal disease and dentition defect,Randomly divided into two groups,each with 32 cases.The observation group was made of 3D printed cobalt chromium alloy,while the control group was made of conventional processing.Analyze the initial wear time,satisfaction,repair effect,and site deviation of two sets of restorations.Result:The initial wear time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction and marginal adaptability were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The deviation value of the site was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the comparison of the appearance and surface texture of the restoration was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:3D printed removable partial dentures have a short initial wear time,high patient satisfaction,good edge fit,small positional difference,high accuracy,and good therapeutic effect on periodontal disease with dentition defects,which is worth promoting.
